工作原理

物料通过人工加到搅拌混合容器中，经搅拌作做多维切变成流动状态得到充分混合。然后经喷枪系统或手工注入粘合剂，在搅拌桨和切刀的作用下制成均匀颗粒。颗粒通过出料口出料并转到下一工序。

Working principle

The materials are added to the mixing container manually. They are then mixed by multiple dimensions to become the flow state for full mixing. Afterwards, the adhesive is injected through the spray gun system or manually to produce uniform granules under the action of the impeller and cutter. The granules are discharged through discharge port for the next procedure.
