工作原理
热空气由入口管以适宜的喷动速度从干燥机底部进入搅拌粉碎干燥室,对物料产生强烈的剪切、吹浮、旋转作用,于是物料受到离心、剪切、碰撞、摩擦而被微粒化,强化了传质传热。在干燥机底部,较大较湿大颗粒团在搅拌器的作用下被机械破碎,湿含量较低、颗粒度较小的颗粒被旋转气流夹带上升,在上升过程中进一步干燥。由于气固两相作旋转流动,固相惯性大于气相,固气两相间的相对速度较大,强化两相间的传质传热,所以该机生产强度高。
Working principle
Hot air is sprayed from the inlet pipe at a proper speed to enter a mixing, crushing and drying chamber through the bottom of the dryer. The chamber causes the materials to carry out strong shearing, floating and rotating actions. Thus, the materials are granulated through centrifuging, shearing, impacting and rubbing. Mass transfer and heat transfer are also strengthened. At the bottom of the dryer, large and damp granules are crushed under the action of the stirrer, while small granules that contain less moisture will be lifted by the rotating air flow. During this lifting period, they are dried further. As solid and gas make rotary flow, solid inertia is higher than that of gas, and the difference between the solid and gas speeds is high, mass transfer and heat transfer between the two phases are strengthened. Therefore, the machine has high drying capacity.

●Compared with other drying methods, it can raise specific gravity of materials effectively.
●High air speed and short stay of materials in the drying chamber effectively prevent the materials from sticking to the inner wall and the heat-sensitive materials from deteriorating, so as to achieve the goals of high efficiency, rapidness, small equipment and high production capacity.

陶瓷类:高岭土、二氧化硅、粘土。
染料类:蒽醌、黑色氧化铁、靛蓝颜料、丁酸、氢氧化钛、硫化锌、各种偶氮染料中间体。
食品类:大豆蛋白、胶凝淀粉、酒糟、小麦糖、小麦淀粉。
