中药浸膏专用干燥机是专门用来解决，中药浸膏和植物撮液的喷雾干燥机，它解决了物料在原LPG高速喷雾干燥机在中药浸膏干燥中出现的以下情况：
●物料粘壁，收粉率低；
●物料在壁上停留时间长，产生物料的焦化变质现象
●难以清洗，不符合GMP要求；
●产量低：LPG-150型喷雾干燥机，其产量只能处理50-60Kg/h液料。鉴于以上状况，我厂根据中药浸膏的物料性质与工艺要求设计了中药浸膏干燥机难题，干燥后的物料颜色好、不变质，大大地提高了工厂的经济效益，中药浸膏与LPG高速离心喷雾干燥机相比有以下特点：
●采用了三级空气净化，使进风达到10万级要求；
●采用了冷壁装置，使内壁温度达到80℃ ，物料在壁上停留也不焦化；
●整个体积是原LPG标准离心喷雾的3.5倍。
●采用快开冲洗装置，适用于多品种生产要求
●除尘采用了湿式除尘，使粉尘无外出，符合环保要求；
●采用气扫装置，其效果更令人满意；
●雾化器采用变频调速
●采用了PLC控制，程控系统屏幕显示；
●可以配带冲洗装置；
●采用干空气密闭输送。
The special traditional Chinese medicine extract dryer is a special spray dryer used for solving problems in traditional Chinese medicine extracts and plant extracts. It has solved the followings existing in the previous LPG high-speed spray dryer during drying of traditional Chinese medicine extracts.
●Materials stick to the walls with low powder collection rate.
●Coking and deterioration of materials will occur after materials stay on the walls for a long time.
●Hard cleaning, not conforming to GMP requirements.
●Low output: The LPG-150 model spray dryer can only handle 50-60Kg/h liquid materials. In consideration of the above situations, our factory has designed the traditional Chinese medicine extract dryer according to the material properties of traditional Chinese medicine extracts and process requirements. The materials after drying have good colors and no deterioration, so that economic benefit of factories is greatly enhanced. Compared with the LPG high-speed centrifugal spray dryer, the traditional Chinese medicine extract dryer has the following features:
●It adopts three-level air purification to make the intake air meet the 100,000-grade requirements.
●It adopts the wall cooling device to make the inner wall temperature reach 80℃, so that materials staying on the walls will not coke.
●The whole volume is 3.5 times higher than that of the previous LPG standard centrifugal spray dryer.
